Exploring themes of nostalgia, I photographed and sketched my Grandmother and her friend’s sentimental possessions and heirlooms. Celebrating and acknowledging the stories behind each object, I want to present why they are special. Focusing on detail, I hope to memorialise and honour these artefacts, emphasising their beauty.
